Privacy

This page describes what the Venvia website actually does today. It is a plain description of the deployed site, not a legal template, and we will update it as the site changes.

Launch notifications

If you submit the launch signup form, we store your email address, whether you asked for launch news, whether you also opted into educational emails, and which page you signed up from, in the Venvia database. That is the only personal information this website stores on a server. We use it to email you about the launch and, if you ticked the second box, occasional skin education. We do not sell it or pass it to advertisers.

The email sending service and its retention settings are not finalised yet. We will name the provider on this page before the first email goes out.

The quiz and My Skin Journey

Quiz answers, your selected concern and journal entries stay in your own browser. By default they live in session storage and disappear when you close the tab. If you tick “keep this on this device”, they move to your browser’s local storage instead — still on your device, still not sent to us, and not private from anyone else who uses the same browser. The clear and delete buttons on those pages remove both copies immediately. No account is created and none of this is required to use the site.

Ask Venvia

When you send a message, it is passed to our server, combined with the relevant Venvia articles and ingredient entries, and sent to a third-party AI model service to generate the reply. If you explicitly choose to share your quiz answers with Ask Venvia, those are included too — otherwise they are not.

Venvia does not store your conversation. We cannot read your past chats, and closing the tab ends them. The AI provider processes the request under its own terms; the provider and its retention settings are still being finalised and will be named here before launch. Please do not send anything you would not want processed by a third-party service, and remember the replies are educational guidance, not a diagnosis.

Analytics and tracking

We do not send your concerns, quiz answers, journal notes or chat messages to any analytics service. The site is hosted on Lovable, and standard hosting request logs apply.

Children

The quiz can be used without giving an age, and if you tell us you are under 13 we show simple education and ask you to involve a parent or caregiver. We do not market to children and we do not create profiles.

Venvia Skin & Wellness LLP has not published a public contact address yet. Once it is confirmed it will appear here and in the footer. Until then, the signup form is the only channel.
